Shipping

All shipping addresses must be submitted in English, no special or accented characters are accepted.

If a gate code is required to deliver to your shipping address please provide it to your selected carrier, using the contact information below.

You may have to pay postage fees for orders delivered to a PO Box by all shipping options except for “PO BOX or APO Address”.

U.S. SHIPPING:

All orders placed on our website are for shipping in the U.S. only. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 12pm Pacific Time (PT) will not begin processing until the next business day. If you place your order after 12pm PT on a Friday, your order will begin processing the following week. Please consider this when placing your order.

SHIPPING TIMES:

• The expected time to process and ship orders is 2 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
• Our standard shipping is a $7.50 Flat Rate Shipping (excluding our Yoga Mat and Therapy Gun), with an estimated delivery of 10 business days after processing. We do not refund shipping costs associated with your original purchase.

SHIPPING NOTES:

• We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. If the system cannot verify an address, we will reach out via email and telephone to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may delay your shipment.
• We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once an order has been placed.
• We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed for fulfillment.
• Our system does not recognize emojis or special characters/font. If an emoji or special characters/font are included in the billing/shipping address, we will have to cancel the order.
• Sports Research is not responsible for any carrier delays.

FREE SHIPPING:

We offer Free Shipping on orders with subtotals of $50 or more (excluding our Yoga Mat), before taxes and after discounts are applied. Similar to Flat Rate Shipping orders, Free Shipping orders are estimated to be delivered within 10 business days after processing.

HIGH VALUE ORDERS:

All orders over $120 are automatically sent with a signature required via UPS at our expense. We want to ensure you will receive your product safe and sound. We suggest you provide an address where you are available to sign for the package during normal business hours. If, for any reason, you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the package at their local office for your convenience.

Services PO Boxes and military addresses.

When shipping to a military address, use the service member’s full name and rank and DO NOT include city or country name. Must also include the unit/CMR/PSC number, the APO/FPO/DPO box number, the APO/FPO/DPO designation, the AA/AE/AP region and Zip Code. Ships up to 9 pounds.
