At BeastMindLabs, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below for detailed guidance on how to initiate a return.

How to Start a Return

No account is required to initiate a return. Simply click the link below and provide your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. Once your order is located, select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the prompts to complete your request.

Return Timeframes and Conditions

Please note the timeframes for initiating a return, based on the type of item purchased:

• Apparel
  45 days from the shipment date (direct exchange only). Excludes Final Sale or Clearance items.
• Bundles (Pre & Post, and Other Custom Bundles)
  45 days from the shipment date (direct exchange only).
• Fitness Accessories (Resistance Bands, Ab Wheel, Loop Bands)
  365 days from the shipment date.
• Supplements and Other Products
  45 days from the shipment date.
• Specialty Products (e.g., Gels, Oils, etc.)
  90 days from the shipment date.

Activewear Returns: Items must be in their original condition, include all packaging and tags, and adhere to the guidelines outlined below.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items remain your responsibility until they are received by our warehouse. To ensure your return arrives safely and on time:

• Use a secure and trackable shipping method.
• Save your return tracking number, and consider purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
• Pack items properly to prevent damage during transit.

Note: We do not accept return drop-offs at BeastMindLabs’ office or warehouse.

If returning multiple items, you only need to generate one shipping label unless sending items in separate packages.

Refund Processing

Returns are reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse. Refunds will typically be issued in the amount equal to the original purchase price minus the original shipping fee. If BeastMindLabs provides you with a return shipping label, $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days (depending on your selected shipping method) for your return to reach us. An email notification will be sent once the return is processed.

Lost Returns

Refunds are only applicable for returns successfully delivered to our warehouse. Items reported as lost in transit beyond 90 days from the purchase date are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Activewear-Specific Terms

All returned activewear must be in original condition, include all tags, and be free of damage. If an item is received in an unsuitable condition or outside of the return deadline, we reserve the right to deny the refund. You may request the item be returned to you but will be responsible for covering delivery costs.
